The DMX512 Demultiplexer DMX-512-3x1-10 is designed for the control of dimmed fluorescent lamps with ECG 1-10V.
There are 3 analog outputs 1-10V available, each of which can be loaded with 40mA. Each analog output has a relay switching output with a load capacity of 230V 1500VA. These relay outputs are designed with a triac pre-ignition for the high inrush currents of the ECGs and are automatically activated depending on the analog values.
The following functions are included:
- Automatic activation of the respective relay output as soon as the DMX value is > "0”
- Relay switch-off delay of 1 second. This avoids unnecessary switching off of the 230V supply during fast control processes.
- OVERSAMPLING error correction (With the so-called "OVERSAMPLING" the module automatically corrects the jumps of the analog values caused by the cycle times of the BUS protocol. In addition, the analog values between the BUS cycles are converted by linearization in the resolution from 8 to 12 bits. This avoids visible steps when dimming fluorescent lamps, for example).
