The HRN-3 Monitoring Relay is used to monitor the voltage level in single-phase systems. The monitored voltage is also the supply voltage. With the relay it is possible to set 2 independent levels. With the HRN-33, the relay is permanently switched on in the normal state. If the set value is exceeded or not reached, the relay is switched off. This combination of the output relay circuit is advantageous if there is a total failure of the supply voltage, or a voltage drop within the set level. In both cases the output relay is always switched off.
