The 2-channel LED Dimmer was developed for Power-LEDs and LED lamps which are operated with 700mA constant current. The control functions focus on stand-alone applications. 6 different operating modes can be set.
The operating modes are subdivided into:
- Separate control of both channels via 1-10V potentiometer or pushbuttons.
- Coupled control of both channels for circadian (colour temperature) light control. In this application, warm white LEDs (e.g. 2700K) are connected to the first channel and cold white LEDs (e.g. 6000K) to the second channel. Here you can control the brightness from 0-100% and the colour temperature ratio (2700K to 6000K).
An external power supply unit is also required for operation. This must be dimensioned according to the type of LEDs used.

ON | ON | OFF | Mode 6: Circadian lighting - dimming and switching with pushbuttons (single-button dimmer) |

Mode 2: Dimming and switching with 1-10V potentiometers and pushbuttons
In this mode the brightness of the channels can be adjusted with a 1-10V potentiometer each. Switching on/off is realized by a pushbutton each. If several control points in the room are required, additional pushbuttons can be connected in parallel.
Mode 3: Dimming and switching with pushbuttons (single-button dimmer)
Pressing a button briefly (<0.5s) switches the light source of the corresponding channel on or off. The lamps are dimmed by long pressing of the respective button (>0.5s). Each interruption of the dimming process (release the button) switches the dimming direction (UP ↔ DOWN).
The dimmers can be operated with 2 different button modes. The modes can be individually programmed by the customer for each channel:
Button mode 1: Switch on with 100% (factory setting)
- The dimmer always switches on with 100% dimming level.
- Setting of button mode 1:
- Turn on the dimmer
- Dimming to max. value and keep the dimming button pressed (approx. 30s) until the light source is blinking 6 times.
Button mode 2: Switching on with last switch-off value (optionally adjustable)
- The dimmer always switches on with the last switch-off value.
- Setting of button mode 2:
- Turn on the dimmer
- Dimming to min. value and keep the dimming button pressed (approx. 30s) until the light source is blinking 3 times.

Mode 5: Circadian lighting - dimming with E-potentiometers and switching with pushbuttons
In this mode, the brightness or colour of the circadian lighting can be adjusted with an E-potentiometer each. Switching on/off is realized by a pushbutton.
If several control points in the room are required, additional pushbuttons can be connected in parallel.

Mode 6: Circadian lighting - dimming and switching with pushbuttons (single-button dimmer)
Briefly pressing a button ( < 0.5s) switches the lighting on or off. To dim the brightness or the colour of the lighting, press and hold the button ( > 0.5s). Each interruption of a dimming process (release the button) switches the dimming direction (UP ↔ DOWN).
The dimmers for brightness and colour can be operated with 2 different button modes. The button modes are individually programmable for brightness and colour by the customer:
Settings button modes for brightness
- Button mode 1 (brightness): Switch on with 100% (factory setting):
- The dimmer always switches on with 100% dimming level.
- Setting of button mode 1:
- Turn on the dimmer
- Dimming to max. value and keep the dimming button pressed (approx. 30s) until the light source flashes 6 times.
- Button mode 2 (brightness): Switch on with last switch-off value (optionally adjustable):
- The dimmer always switches on with the last switch-off value.
- Setting of button mode 2:
- Turn on the dimmer
- Dimming to min. value and keep the dimming button pressed (approx. 30s) until the light source is blinking 3 times.
Settings button modes for colour
- Button mode 1 (colour): Switch on with mixed colour 50/50 (factory setting):
- The dimmer always switches on with mixed colour (50% warm and 50% cold).
- Setting of button mode 1:
- Turn on the dimmer
- Dimming (colour) to "cold" and keep the dimmer button pressed (approx. 30s) until the light source switches between "warm" and "cold" 6 times.
- Button mode 2 (colour): Switch on with the colour of the last switch-off process (optionally adjustable):
- The dimmer always switches on with the colour set at the last switch-off.
- Setting of button mode 2:
- Turn on the dimmer
- Dimming (colour) to "warm" and keep the dimming button pressed (approx. 30s) until the light source switches between "warm" and "cold" 3 times.
